The F.W. Webb Company has recently made a surprise announcement that they are proposing additional construction on Bridge Street. While details are limited, the proposal is for a +/-6000SF showroom to be built on the Alpha Auto site.
Below are details for the informational meeting that has been coordinated between FW Webb and our new City Councilor Christine Madore. Also attached are several schematic drawings.
It is important to note that while FSNA maintains its opposition to B4 zoning in our neighborhood, FSNA will not take any position on this new proposal until it has gone through the public hearing process and a consensus is reached with all FSNA voting members.
I do encourage as many of you as possible to attend this meeting, however, so that we all can develop a better understanding of what is proposed, and how it may impact our historic neighborhood.
